I know both "Fitty" and Kanye's albums have only been out for a day, but according to some early industry estimates Kanye's Graduation is on pace to sell 700,000 units while Fifty's Curtis is projected at 500,000. Of course, this is all conjecture at this point but generally Kanye's album was predicted to outsell Fifty's prior to yesterday's release date based on pre-sale numbers in the iTunes store and other retailers. 50 cent boldly proclaimed he would never release another solo album if Kanye sold more albums than he did. Fortunately for "Fitty" premature retirement will free up more time for him to commit to his feature role in the next Planet of the Apes movie. Congrats to both musicians.
